Wholesale accounts

A KAFA wholesale account gives businesses volume pricing, net payment terms and a named contact for orders. Applications are normally reviewed within two business days.
Who can open an account
Wholesale accounts are for businesses buying for resale or for use in their own operations. That includes contractors, maintenance and facilities teams, property managers, retailers and online sellers.
What you need to apply
- Registered business name and entity type
- Federal EIN
- Business address and phone number
- Sales tax resale certificate, if you are buying for resale and claiming exemption
- The categories you expect to buy and a rough monthly volume
How to apply
Email sales@kafasupply.com with "Wholesale account application" in the subject line and the details above. We will come back to you within two business days, either with your account details or with a question.
Terms

Bulk and pallet quantities
Prices shown on the site are single-unit. For case quantities, pallet quantities or a standing order, contact the sales desk with the product codes and quantities you need and we will quote.
New accounts start on prepayment. This is not a reflection on your business — it is simply how we manage credit exposure until we have an order history together. Terms are reviewed after that.
