This policy explains what personal information KAFA Commerce LLC collects through kafasupply.com, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Who we are
KAFA Commerce LLC, trading as KAFA Supply Co., 7411 114th Avenue, Suite 301-157, Largo, FL 33773, United States. Questions about this policy go to sales@kafasupply.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and anything else you include when you contact us or apply for an account.
- Order information. What you ordered, when, and the correspondence relating to it.
- Technical information. Standard web server logs recorded by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Where payment is taken, it is handled by a payment processor and the card details do not reach our systems.
Why we use it
- To process, dispatch and support your orders
- To assess and operate wholesale account applications
- To answer your questions
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations
- To keep the website secure and working
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Carriers, to deliver your order
- Our payment processor, to take payment
- Our hosting and email provider, which stores the site and our correspondence
- Our accountant and, where legally required, government authorities
Marketing
We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order confirmations, dispatch notices and replies to your questions are not marketing and are sent regardless.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do so.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. General correspondence is kept for two years. Wholesale account records are kept for as long as the account is open and for seven years afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email sales@kafasupply.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to order and account records is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is free from interception.
Children
This site is intended for business and adult retail customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
