We ship within the United States. Delivery cost and timing depend on the weight of the order and the destination.
Processing time
Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day where the item is available. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Where an item is shown as available to order rather than in stock, we will confirm the expected dispatch date by email before charging the order.

Transit times
- Standard ground: 2 to 6 business days depending on distance
- Expedited: available on request, quoted at cost
- Freight (pallet orders): arranged individually, typically 5 to 10 business days
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not able to guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted individually. We do not currently ship internationally.
Some items cannot be sent to PO Box addresses because of their size or because the carrier will not accept them. If this affects your order we will contact you for a street address.
Lithium-ion batteries
Cordless tool batteries are classed as dangerous goods and are subject to carrier restrictions. They ship by ground service only and cannot be sent by air, which may affect delivery times to remote destinations.
